I gave Matt my keywords on Monday and had my review back within 24hrs (along with an additional lengthy article)....a full day ahead of schedule! Not only that...the quality of the review is nothing short of exceptional(I passed it to a copywriter friend of mine and he was very impressed).

Normally I've had to sacrifice quality at the expense of speed, but not this time

with a large amount of info products being produced each month, I dont have time to work on all aspects of each project so I put out a notice to the warriors recently for help with sales copy and got a pretty diverse range of replies and price quotes!!

Understandbly, the expensive people were trying to justify their $2000 sales pages with scare tactics stating that going with a low cost provider (like Matt) would only end in tears and that the results wouldnt be worth the money. Now I'm all for premium services, but I still believe that if you clearly explain what you want from a provider and they are capable then there is no reason why you can produce what is needed.

I was impressed with Matt's attention to detail and willingness to ask questions, this proved to me he was committed to understanding my expectations and the needs of my readers. Matt, I have been trying to reach you on email for a while now, but you seem to ignore my messages. Seeing that you posted in this thread yesterday, I'm guessing you will read this.

After nearly 2 months, you still have not delivered on your promises. All I needed was one sale letter, and a 16 page report edited. I paid you half of the agreed price upfront, and all I get from you are missed deadlines.

Initially I could understand that you are busy, and might even be taking on too much work here, but this is getting silly. You've set my expectations several times now, but I'm still waiting for something usable. All you've given me was a very rough 1st draft with which I was not impressed.

At this stage, I simply do not believe that you will deliver the goods anymore, and would like to request a full refund. I've wasted nearly 7 weeks, waiting for the work you said you would do, and now have to go and find another copywriter.

I'm sure you have your reasons, but I paid for results. Not excuses. Please refund the amount I paid you, or reply to my emails.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH MATT I used Matt for my sales letter at Video Marketing Training Course and as you can see he delivered really really well. The Pro's - Matt can communicate and get a good understanding of my product - He will ask questions if he is not sure - He will go back and forth until I am happy - He deliver before the promise date - He went above and beyond. I asked him to add something after he got paid and we were done and he was happy to do it. The Cons - At this price I am sure he will get really busy or raise his prices. Use him before he realized how good of a deal this is and decides not to take more clients. THANKS MATT!!!!

I did have to raise my rate a little bit today because I've had 3 or 4 clients already comment that I'm charging too little. Now, I found that to be an interesting "complaint" so I've fixed that Plus...I'm getting too busy, and my wife would like to see me every now and then. Thanks again buddy!
