Google wants to rank the best content for a given term, and they’ve become darn good at doing so. The hard way out is to try to game the system through manipulative SEO techniques. The easy way is to simply be the best result. Invest in quality content, and the rest will fall into place.

In the modern world, you’ll attract traffic by following these suggestions:

• Quit worrying about keyword density. Instead, write comprehensive, informative content that simply incorporates your keyword phrases in a natural manner.
  
• Utilize long-tail and LSI keywords in abundance. This is where a substantial amount of traffic stems from these days.
• Aim to publish the best resources for your given topic – content that others will naturally share and link to.
• Provide something truly unique. Updates like Hummingbird help Google understand context in-depth. Does your content that rephrases Wikipedia or Amazon really provide something unique? Google knows it doesn’t, and won’t be excited to push your page to #1 anytime soon.

I am not sure what to order, but I have some questions to see if you can help. I am a strength and conditioning coach and I own a gym in chandler, AZ. My goals are to train athletes along with regular people, I can train any athlete for any sport not matter what it is using energy system training and after researching what energy systems are required for a specific sport. I can train anyone from a beginner just looking to get in shape, to an elite athlete from any sport or anything in between. I want to start producing articles that will get the word out about this. The only thing is I *a lousy writer when it comes to grammar, punctuation, and writing for organic traffic. I.
