My Offer

I would essentially be acting as your Online Marketing Director and with it bring an entire outsourced marketing team. Note that spending time on site initially and then for occasional meetings may also be an option and to be discussed. Currently I am splitting my time between Canada and the Caribbean.

Our collaboration will extend your organization beyond its own internal capacities and skill sets at a rate less than what you would spend to acquire the full time internal talent. Just one full time online marketer with comparable skills would set you back 100k+/yearly not to mention the team members that specialize in each aspect of online marketing execution and the tools they use on a daily basis.

How Can I Make This Offer?

You essentially are benefiting from the critical mass of my consultancy. The traditional services we sell are on auto pilot with great people managing the day to day operations allowing me to focus on a select few exciting projects that are much larger in scope and that allow me to take on a much more time consuming hands on role all the while being able to quickly bring resources to bear when needed.

My Experience

16 years full time. I have worked every type of niche both local and national in scope.
From Contractors, Online Florist, Penny Auctions, to National Private Investigation firm I have generated leads and profits.

Consulted for fortune 500’s including Costco, Alcatel and Apple and have managed teams, software development and six figure ad budgets. I have used all of this experience to put together a killer virtual business model that delivers great return on investment for my clients.

Deliverables

It may be helpful for me to state some specifics of what I can get done with my resources. Perhaps my greatest strength is creative thinking, solving complex online marketing issues and then managing the execution to do it one better than your competitors.

Resources

Because I have been doing this full time for 16 years, with me comes most of the expertise and resources needed including software, virtual assistants and experts in different fields I can tap into to take care of pretty much any type of online initiative.


Types of Arrangements

All initiatives include a an upfront retainer to be discussed based on scope of project. Taking on your project is a huge commitment on my part so you MUST have skin in the game as well.

Further payments are prepaid either monthly or bi-monthly.
Spending some time on site at the beginning and then regular visits is an option with preference given to southern locations during winter months.
Preference given to deals that include some type of pay for performance in the form of percentage of sales, profit share and/or equity.

What Situations Are The Best Fit?

The unique selling point of my offer has proven attractive to those in the following situations:

1. The responsibility for marketing oversight and execution fell to top level management/ownership while this was not their primary area of expertise. Issues included poor results and a time/resource drain keeping them from doing what they did best.

2. Hired or were currently retaining internal talent only to find they lacked the skills and experience to generate positive return on investment and that beyond hiring internal talent significant expenses for external resources where still required.

3. Worked with various marketing agencies and a string of one off providers. The associated issues included difficulty in managing these resources, lack of ROI, lack of achieving substantial goals and a general feeling of lack of direction. This is no surprise given that retaining traditional service providers is adversarial in nature. They try to get the most money to provide their services to the largest group of customers they can acquire and you try to pay the least possible while getting the highest results.

I bet on people first, then the business. Good people and something they believe in that delivers value is what interests me. I have raised a large family and what they think of me matters so I have no interest in promoting questionable offers even if they could make money!
