The traditional services we sell are on auto pilot with great people managing the day to day operations allowing me to focus on a select few exciting projects that are much larger in scope and that allow me to take on a much more time consuming hands on role all the while being able to quickly bring resources to bear when needed. If I understand correctly retaining you will also bring with it your team/resources that you use in your consultantcy? So we are benefiting from leveraging group resources without footing the bill of dedicated staff in each discipline?
