Here goes one more sample article:
Legal information: Business succession planning Tired of life. Willing to quit anytime. Already 60+ and want to take a break. But the question to face is, who is going to look after that business which you made by putting all those hard years which have sweated by. Well, this is a question faced by owners of many businesses, especially those businesses which run out of a family. If you really come to think of it, it is not that simple. In fact, it involves a very important legal concept called Business Succession Planning. You just can’t decide one fine day that it is all over and that you are going to quit. Such things need to be planned well in advance and needed to be acted following certain precautions and legal measures. It is not all that easy passing your business from one generation to the next. It involves three components namely: Management, Ownership and Taxes. While passing on a business there are massive tax implications involved. Firstly one needs to decide who will own the business, only the children involved in the business or all of them. Next, who will manage the business is an even more important question as the owner and manager need not be the same. Also one needs to decide whether one wants to retire completely or still have some role in the firm. Good options include buyouts where the children buy the business from their parents, buybacks where the parents sell the stocks and sometimes even gifting although that heavily comprises issues involving taxes for both the parents and the children. Business succession planning involves a smooth transition of business from one generation to the next. It is startling to note that 70% of the businesses don’t survive the transition from one generation to the next, be it due to family discord or taxation problems. Business succession planning involves minimizing taxes upon death and freezing the value of your interest in the company on transferring of the business. The corporation can be reorganized for exchanging of common shares in the business. The capital appreciation and income tax liability can be passed on whilst the children retain control and access to the value of the business, in effect freezing the corporation. Taking advice of accountants and lawyers during these times is a must. Tips for a smooth transition: Business succession planning must be started early, really early, at least five to ten years in advance. In fact, building an exit strategy into the business plan itself is the way to go. Involve your family. Discuss the issues with them and make them aware of all the legal aspects involved. This keeps things clear. Look at your family in a realistic manner and plan discreetly. Get over the fact that everybody needs to have an equal share. Although you may be sentimental at first but finally you must realize that the smooth running of your business and minimum tax liabilities is what you should gun for. Train the future generations and see them at work. Get outside help, as much as required if the need arises. The aim of good business succession planning is the ability to secure a significant amount of fund for retirement while having adequate resources, both man power and funds to make the business survive and grow. Don’t run away from business succession planning, face it bravely. If anybody needs a free sample before giving me work, then you are most welcome. Thanks! Aakshey |

I think what is wrong is that your sample article isn't too good. It has lots of small errors in it including missing words and wrong grammar and tenses for the words.
If people were looking for cheap articles to just spin or whatever or use for backlinks then you would be the person to choose. But if they are looking for articles to actually be read by people then they would choose someone else. Tom Brite |

I don't see too many mistakes there. There maybe a typo or two but nothing too significant, and I am not asking for a very high rate either.
Our New Rate is $4 per 500 words. Regards |

Maybe you can put up a better sample article?
I have article writers who write at a comparable rate but do not have the small errors that are prevalent throughout the sample article! =] |
