Right, I've replied to Nick and Gregg, I think. Just replying to you amanita now. Been working with a couple of other warriors so will get some more references on here asap.

Other than that, I'm now in the top 1% of developers on rentacoder, and rising

Get in while my fees are low because I am getting a LOT of demand. I churn out small projects every day in the morning and can usually start on them immediately if I'm free.

Bigger projects, I tend to get as much details as possible and clearly define the specs, then give an honest quote on price and turnaround.

Sam101, I haven't had a response from Damien for the last couple of days either.

He is an excellent programmer though and completed all of my work on time and as promised last week and even did a couple of revisions that I requested but weren't required.

I had another small job but haven't heard back.

I'd say he's just taking a break for a couple of days.

Once he does get in contact with you I can't recommend highly enough.

Sorry for not getting back to *some* of you, which I can't stress enough.

I don't appreciate people gathering here discussing my availability. If I don't respond in time, I'm terribly sorry, but I am certainly not obliged to unless I am working on a project for you, in which case, I respond to every single email as fast as I can.

I am working on quite a large project for one of the warriors above, I have also worked with quite a few warriors above. On top of that, I've been away for the last 24 hours so that may be why I haven't responded over the last 24 hours.

Again, I must stress, do not discuss my availability here - that is a personal matter between me and another person - that is the *individual* experience of the people who contact me and I don't find it very professional for it to be shared in a forum unless of course I under-deliver.

Not every project is suited to me and I certainly can't take on all the work I've been offered. Sure, I'm in the process of building a team to deal with the demand but I need to make sure such a system is setup so I can still provide high quality work at an affordable price with constant and personal communication while still being at the forefront of every project.

I have been FLOODED with requests even to the point where I've neglected to respond to some requests. Again, apologies, but I am only one person.

If anybody sees this, I will not be available from today to the 14th of SEP for any major projects.

Thank you and I hope you appreciate where I'm coming from. These availability issues are causing less and less people to contact me which in turn is reducing the amount of work I receive which actually 'suits' me (see details in the first post).

Had previously gone to Scriptlance and posted small jobs there and selected the ones with the most 10's in reviews.

Had to hound the guys to get anything like a decent outcome.

Not with Damien.
