1/ Choose a niche on what theme would you me to create for you
2/ I will hardcode a theme for you
3/ You could give me as many as four links to be placed in the theme

Paypal or moneybookers but I prefer Paypal

Mode of Transaction
1/ Upon getting your order and lay down all your requirements, you will pay me half of the price
2/ I will show you a rough preview of the theme based upon your requirements
3/ If you like it, I'll code it
4/ I then show you a working demo
5/ if everything's ok with you in the demo, you will pay me the full payment before I give the files to you
