Hey guys! Sorry for getting back to you so late. Work has been hectic the past week and I also dealt with a little problem - which I have shared with some of you via PM. But all is well now and I'm taking care of your orders. Though I am late with some, I assure you that there will be no compromise with regards to quality. No video is rushed just to comply with a deadline. They will never leave my good ol' Mac without satisfying me first.  Okay, just a few updates: 1. Because I'm late with some orders and a lot of replies and because inquiries keep coming in, we'll extend the $27 special price until the end of September, but this will be the last extension. 2. I should be finished replying to all the PMs and emails by the day's end. So, if you don't receive a reply by tomorrow morning, I might've missed your PM (reached the 400 limit a couple of days ago and I didn't notice immediately) and if you can, please do send another one. I apologize in advance for this. 3. Currently, there is a one week turnaround time for orders that will be placed from hereon in. Sorry guys, the response for the offer has just been very big for the past 2 weeks. Hey guys! Sorry if I haven't replied to your messages that past few days, and if I can't reply to your messages in the next day or two at the most. My residence has been hit by a terrible, terrible storm and flash floods have ensued. It's been making the rounds in the news lately, so you may have probably heard about it. Case in point: I'm replying on my MacBook plugged to a 56k modem from a Red Cross tent as I type this. My home, per se, was spared from damage, but the community is - literally - in shambles. Electricity has just recently been restored, but phone lines and internet service have yet to resume. I have finished the videos that were due the past weekend and I am still working on the videos that are due this week. There's just going to be a delay in delivery, Sirs and Ma'ams, until internet service resumes, which I was assured should be by tomorrow. I sincerely beg for your kind understanding. john i know she has had unfortunate luck for some time for example when i got my videos form her she was having softwere issues thats how i lost contact with her at the time then she was hit by a hurricaine were she lived so at the moment i hope she is okay and gets in touch soon, do miss talking to her by pm and arranging new work i think she takes the orders and when your satifyed with the work she send a link after she gave you your work by email, however i lost contact with her and forgot about payment so im like your self at the moment im trying to get in touch with her to arrange payment also, hang in there she will bounce back im sure of it andy |

Hey guys! Yup, sorry for my seemingly late replies. I've been receiving more than a dozen inquiries per day, and more than 20 towards the end of the offer. I've been concentrating on the work that have piled up and my sister's helping me out with customer support (so for repeat clients, if my PMs don't sound like me, it's just because they're written by my sister ).She's just been overwhelmed with the sheer amount of requests, Sirs and Ma'ams. And second, as Andy nicely pointed out for me, because the policy ever since is to accept payment only when delivery is made (except when the client's forum join date is in the same month as the placement of the order, but only for his/her first order). And for the guys who are still waiting for their orders, I apologize and promise to try my very best to get them to you by this weekend. I'm just a one gal crew, and often, delivery dates get pushed back because of the demands of particular orders and the requests for revisions of previous ones. I'm truly sorry for these. Okay, so we're gonna close the offer for a while, satisfy existing orders, then relaunch with a new pricing scheme - which will still surprise many, in a good way - come November. Also, just to clarify as I have received a number of PMs about the new watermarks being used for the videos... No, they don't cost extra. You just have to request for them. They're more than textual watermarks. As much as possible, I use the logo associated with your product/website, if one is available. If no logo applies, or if the logo on your site is quite impossible to transform into a watermark because of some intrusive elements in its design, or if the logo cannot be converted into a watermark and still remain discernable, I will create a logo-style watermark for you. |
