Right now I can write about 10-20 articles per day depending on the order. SO if you order right now, you can probably get your orders in less than 24hrs but lets say 48hrs just to be safe.

If you are planning to officially declare bankruptcy and have a lot of financial issues or trouble, it is extremely important that you are made aware of the role a court appointed trustee bankruptcy individual plays in these sorts of financial issues. The court will appoint a person to act as the trustee for the bankruptcy issue at hand. It does not matter at all if you are declaring bankruptcy under Chapter seven or Chapter thirteen, a bankruptcy trustee will be appointed to your case. The role of a trustee bankruptcy is a very important role. In every single bankruptcy case the court appointed trustee bankruptcy person appointed by the court and this persona will represent the creditors. This does not mean, however; that the trustee bankruptcy person will act always in the favor of the creditors. In all actuality the main duty of the trustee bankruptcy individual is to see to it that everything is done according to the laws and according to the judgments of the court. Do not think of the bankruptcy trustee as an enemy, this is more often than not a common mistake for people who are declaring bankruptcy. The bankruptcy trustee can be your best friend and can really help you out if you let them do their job.

Trustee Bankruptcy Chapter 7

When an individual files for chapter 7 bankruptcy they are appointed a bankruptcy trustee to handle the case. The fist job is of the bankruptcy trustee is to review all the documents submitted to the court in detail and to verify that they have all been properly completed. If any mistakes are uncovered or if there are any discrepancies, he or she will need to investigate. Depending on the type of discrepancy or depending on what is uncovered in the investigation he or she may be required to report this information or issue to the court or perhaps even in severe cases another federal agency like the U.S. Department of Justice.

The second job of the trustee is to conduct section 341 meeting of creditors. Everyone who files for chapter 7 bankruptcy must attend this meeting. Notice of the hearing is sent to all the creditors listed on the schedules, so that they are given the chance to question the debtor in person and while the debtor is under oath. Creditors will rarely attend this hearing, however; the trustee will preside over this meeting and will question the debtor in regards to the accuracy of the documents filed for the case. This questioning will occur whether or not the creditor is present. The identity of the debtor is also verified at this time.

Finally, the debtor in chapter 7 is allowed to keep certain assets as defined by the state law. These are known as exemptions. If the debtor happens to have assets that exceed the amounts of the exemptions then the bankruptcy trustee may liquidate these assets in order to pay the creditors. Sometimes it is as simple as requiring the debtor to turn over funds in his or hers bank account or it is complicated and involves selling off personal property or real estate.

Trustee Bankruptcy Chapter 13

In a chapter 13 cases the trustee appointed by the courts will keep a close watch on all of the debtors business activity. In some cases he or she even will work closely with the debtor in order to ensure that a smooth and profitable business is being conducted. The appointed trustee also keeps their eye out to see if the debtor is working to pay back the creditors on the payment schedule as defined by the courts.

How does Trustee Bankruptcy Work?

Trustee bankruptcy works in several different ways in order to carry out the work that needs to be done. No matter which way the court appointed trustee bankruptcy individual works, their fist and foremost priority is to protect the interest of the creditors. For instance, the trustee is allowed to distribute the funds to the appropriate creditors, as well object to exemptions a debtor may claim or object to discharge. They may also collect property of the estate or liquidate nonexempt property inside the estate and so forth.

The Amount of Trustee Bankruptcy Involvement

The amount of involvement of the court appointed trustee bankruptcy individual will vary depending on the case to case and depending on the chapter which the bankruptcy was filed under. The job of the trustee bankruptcy individual is a fine, fine act of balance. They do not only have to keep the interest of the creditors at heart and in mind but it is also their job and duty to provide a smooth carrying out of the debtors’ requirements and plan. It is important to know that in the United States there is an organization that is known as “The United State Trustee” that appoints all of these trustee bankruptcy individuals.

“Niches are the Second Lesson Learned”

You will want to find a niche that suites you. Make a list of 10 interests you might have. An example list might look something like this:

Restaurants

Take that list and capitalize on it. Pick something you know you will enjoy writing about and creating content for. For instance, I love animals so I might pick the niche of “Zoo Animals” I can then do something fun such as make a list of Zoo Animals from A to Z and write about each animal I pick. I’ll put ads on my site exchange links and watch my traffic grow. The theory here is that if you are interested in your niche you will earn a lot more money, because you will be interested and not bored of your subject matter. If you pick an interesting niche to you, you will get more people reading what you have to say.

“Overview”

It is quite simple, just do what you love and work diligently on your website and the money is sure to follow. It is important to remember, “Get Rich Quick” schemes do not work – it takes four to eight months before you can expect to really be earning any money. Build your website and work on it continuously. Pick a niche that interests you in order for it to always be fun for you. Finally you want to remember that no matter what, do not give up!

Jaysmyne is not a monkey.

There really are writers out there who are inexpensive and still decent quality, and she's one of them. Don't hesitate to take her up on this offer, because these rates are simply insane for the quality she's providing.

You are so very welcome Broker, like I said in the email I apologize for being unable to do the work. I'm not one for excuses, hence why I didn't give you any reasons but since you felt the need to post in this thread without contacting me, then I guess I will give my "excuses/reasons"

I know many clients have had a poor experience with me lately because of the fact that I was in such a desolate situation and giving my work away for so cheap. The days before school started when I was supposed to be dealing with getting all the articles done - were spent bailing someone out of jail (YIPPIE!)

Upon classes starting last week, I got offered an SEO job that I had to turn down for my college credit internship with a Major Record label. The Major Record label worked me into the ground this last week and treated me awfully. I just sent my letter of resignation to them. I am also screwed over because now I'm below my allowed academic units and have to meet with a counselor to fix it. Not to mention the fact that I've been running around campus like a loony toon with all the **** they have me doing for everything.

Somewhere in this mess, my dad thought something had happened to my mother while he was out of town so I also lost a day running around my house screaming like a crazy person trying to find my "missing" mother who had just been on a jog.

My internet has also been cutting in and out these last few weeks too. I've had time warner to my house several times now to fix it to no avail.

So yes, while I attempted to not waste your time Broker, I got very busy and smacked in the face with life sometime between September 14th and October 2nd. Your order was also complex and required me to do keyword research of my own. Which would've taken more time, which is another reason the ball got dropped on your order.

Again, like I've mentioned to all my clients - I apologize, sometimes life gets tough. I've had a really hard time these last three weeks and between doctor appointments, canceling appointments and all the **** I've put up with, article writing has been at the bottom of my priority list. As much as I hate it to be that way and as much as I wish things were better right now - I mean I haven't even been able to make my hair look good or do the dishes or make my bed - life's been that insane!

I tend to take the no excuses attitude myself. If the work can't get done, I tell people it can't get done, or be told it can't get done and we move on. In this case, I have to say article writing is not exactly a time sensitive item. When it comes to blogging and posting articles on web sites, I really do have to point out that if you can't absorb some downtime, your probably not doing your site right in the first place.

I would also point out that sometimes life happens, and anyone who does not get that needs to get their head out of their rear. If she refunded your money, you don't need an excuse. Just find another writer. Looking at the rate she is charging, I would say she got flooded with work on top of apparently her personal life going nuts. If I was in the same situation, I would go through the lowest paying orders and refund them. Maximize my time to the highest productivity, and focus on either highest pay, or easiest turnaround (which usually ends up highest pay even if not highest per job).
Now what I can't understand is why you would have to trash talk some one who told you they are in over their head, and gave you your order back. I'm not here to help people make excuses, but seriously. If she sent you a refund, just move on.

As far as Jaysmyne goes, I would suggest giving your clients about a week. If you can't start the project by then, send it back then and say you are overbooked for a while and you can contact them or make a new post when things are open. This way you don't have to drag your life story drama into it, still appear professional, and let people know their order can not be completed.

Just my opinion on it. I could be wrong, I just run an IT consulting company.

The Major Record label worked me into the ground this last week and treated me awfully. I just sent my letter of resignation to them. I am also screwed over because now I'm below my allowed academic units and have to meet with a counselor to fix it. Not to mention the fact that I've been running around campus like a loony toon with all the ** they have me doing for everything. Somewhere in this mess, my dad thought something had happened to my mother while he was out of town so I also lost a day running around my house screaming like a crazy person trying to find my "missing" mother who had just been on a jog. My internet has also been cutting in and out these last few weeks too. I've had time warner to my house several times now to fix it to no avail. So yes, while I attempted to not waste your time Broker, I got very busy and smacked in the face with life sometime between September 14th and October 2nd. Your order was also complex and required me to do keyword research of my own. Which would've taken more time, which is another reason the ball got dropped on your order. Hope that helps you understand. Again, like I've mentioned to all my clients - I apologize, sometimes life gets tough. I've had a really hard time these last three weeks and between doctor appointments, canceling appointments and all the ** I've put up with, article writing has been at the bottom of my priority list. As much as I hate it to be that way and as much as I wish things were better right now - I mean I haven't even been able to make my hair look good or do the dishes or make my bed - life's been that insane!

If the work can't get done, I tell people it can't get done, or be told it can't get done and we move on. In this case, I have to say article writing is not exactly a time sensitive item. When it comes to blogging and posting articles on web sites, I really do have to point out that if you can't absorb some downtime, your probably not doing your site right in the first place. I would also point out that sometimes life happens, and anyone who does not get that needs to get their head out of their rear. If she refunded your money, you don't need an excuse. Just find another writer. Looking at the rate she is charging, I would say she got flooded with work on top of apparently her personal life going nuts. If I was in the same situation, I would go through the lowest paying orders and refund them. Maximize my time to the highest productivity, and focus on either highest pay, or easiest turnaround (which usually ends up highest pay even if not highest per job). Now what I can't understand is why you would have to trash talk some one who told you they are in over their head, and gave you your order back. I'm not here to help people make excuses, but seriously. If she sent you a refund, just move on. As far as Jaysmyne goes, I would suggest giving your clients about a week. If you can't start the project by then, send it back then and say you are overbooked for a while and you can contact them or make a new post when things are open. This way you don't have to drag your life story drama into it, still appear professional, and let people know their order can not be completed. Just my opinion on it. I could be wrong, I just run an IT consulting company.
