6.Are you familiar with the web standard in making a site getting indexed?

9. Is there a time limit on when I have to give you my feedback regarding the design you've done for me?

Each time we update your design according to your needs, we'll wait for your feedback for a maximum of 14 WORKING days. If we haven't heard back from you after 14 WORKING days, then we are assuming you like our design and your project is automatically closed. This means you CAN'T request for any design changes anymore.

We believe that customer is king. Thus, fulfilling a project timeline and client’s expectations is our priority. Each time you would like to have your project taken care of,we will handing out forms on your project scheme. Please take extra care in writing a clear explanation and pointing references. Include in this form also a guide of how long a project will take to complete. Seven days would be the average rate the project completed, that is including mock up, revision, coding, installing and fixing bugs that may occurs. We are developing a custom theme for you and at this rate,we cannot be build an overnight work yet so please bear with us and do not expect it be done in a day.

10. What Is Your Refund Policy ?
