I have explained in a post above. I know it's a big text but it's good to know how to manage to grow traffic. I explained there some parts of the whole. I can't say it all as it's part of the system as we protect our business we might say something but not all.
In any case you shouldn't worry about exchanging clicks or bulk traffic or these kind of traffic as we tried them all and we burned few accounts in the past, we just tried to see if it works but it doesn't or if it works it's just a matter of chance or you need to send just little amount of traffic as such which doesn't bring out the solution we have now, what we use now it's 100% organic so you should not even think about bulk traffic or other as such type as this is something we don t use and we don t play with our accounts nor with other people's accounts as these all bring us good money and clean so whatever we do is first built over time and with time and knowledge we brought large amount of subscribers and people interested so they always check out our network so from the network we add 1 -2 websites to your adsense or media.net accounts and thus we bring traffic.
