Programmer: Minor Website Changes Needed ASAP!

I need to have some fairly minor changes completed on an active website. Need someone who is proficient in asp and html. Needs to be done within next 24hrs. or less.

We have ftp access to be able to provide you with backend access, and all pic files, etc....
1. Picture galleries on front page need to be linked with correct pics.
2. Need to correct titles on pic galleries to be fully spelled out
3. the color tool link on front page needs to have paint mfgs listed on linked page.
4. Front page coupons need to be moved out to right hand margin space
5. References page needs to have current wording removed, and "Page Under Construction" put on instead.
6.BBB logo on top rh side of front page needs to be a vertical logo instead
7. Need to make sure it will work on both IE and FF

Not sure if you aware, the images on the bottom of the page are not showing in IE8 (only see 1 at my end).
Look fine in Firefox and Chrome.

Yeah, I saw that as well. They show up in Opera too.
