Programmer: Coldfusion code, Website design.. Services available

Hey guys,

I've been working as a professional Coldfusion coder for the last 10 years creating pretty much any type of applications you can imagine.
The last 3 years ive been employed by a web development bureau focusing my efforts on a in-house Content Management System but also coding side projects for major clients as diverse as IKEA and Sweden Rock Festival(One of the largest rock festivals in Europe). I've also throughout this process been involved in creating websites for smaller businesses thats been tied in with our CMS.

I am no longer with that company and have decided to go on my own. I am working on several projects but I also want to put the rest of my time out there for hire.

I've been getting into IM more and more lately and feel I am lacking in some areas. Professional IM services in echange for coding would be something i'd be interested in. Anything is on the table really. Trading coding for IM services, Joint ventures or just a per hour fee.

I am a consultant for a Client who is launching a Unique Niche' Coffee Tea and Gift baskets..Affiliate-Reseller Opportunity. It will be a great opportunity for the right programmer. I have been outsourcing the programming to programmers in India...big communication hurdle most of the time...if your interested contact me i am an IT Consultant we might be make good match. Do you also make changes to existing webpages such as:
aligning graphics, intserting video , etc.
how much do you charge to do this?
