Along with my freelance keyword research services, I also generate income (small but growing) by creating niche blogs for myself. I then market these blogs using articles and link wheels (via web2.0 properties).

Now I would like to use these skills to build "micro-businesses" for you.

I say "micro-businesses" because once these niche blogs, link wheels and articles are set up, they will continue to generate income in the future. And obviously the more you marke them, the more you'll make.

Here's what these "micro-businesses" consist of:

1. A niche blog using the Wordpress platform.

2. At least one link wheel (a "link wheel" is when you create content on web2.0 properties like Vox, Hubpages, Blogger, etc, linking each one to the next, as well as linking them all to your niche blog)

3. Articles submitted to Ezinearticles to market your niche blog.

4. Blog posts scheduled to be published 3-12 months into the future. So even if you didn't touch the blog, I will have scheduled posts set to add fresh content for you.

My goal is create micro-businesses that will generate income for you for years into the future.

Most marketers are good at marketing. Especially article marketers and PPC marketers. It's creating their own web real estate (ie. blogs and websites) that they have a challenge with.

And that's where I come in. I want to help you create a micro-business that's profitable and unique. And all you have to worry about is marketing it. And if you want to add new content later down the road, it's going to be super simple. You'll just go to your niche blog dashboard, hit "add New Post", enter your post title and body, and hit publish. Everything else is taken care of.

But I'm getting ahead of myself.

Here's what will happen if you purchase my service:

1. After payment is made, I'll contact you asking you what niche you'd like the niche blog to be in. I'll even go a step further.

You can give me up to 3 niches to do keyword research on (I normally charge $9 a piece for this). I'll compile the keyword lists and submit them to you for your review.

2. Once you select the niche you'd like the blog to focus on, then we can go through the keyword list and pick out the keyword phrases that I am going to create the blog content and articles around. I have done close to 800 keyword projects for Warriors this year alone, so I feel strongly about the importance of building a micro-business around profitable keyword phrases.

3. After choosing the best keyword phrases, I will create the blog content, and use the HeatMap Wordpress theme (which I feel is ideal for Adsense, CPA, and affiliate marketing).

4. I will take the blog content, and re-write them to at least 25% uniqueness to use in creating the 5 property link wheel. This is going to be "smart" re-writing, and not simply throwing them through an article spinner. I will manually re-write each post so that its 25% unique, but also easily readable.

The web2.0 properties I will be using are Vox, Hubpages, Blogger, Blogsome, and Tumblr. Each web2.0 property will be linked to just one other web2.0 property, and all of them will be linked to the niche blog.

5. I will create fresh keyword focused blog posts and have them scheduled to be published in the future.

6. I will create fresh keyword focused articles to be submitted to Ezinearticles.com, and the resiurce boxes will be pointed back to the niche blog.


And that's it in a nutsell. When I'm done, you'll have your very own custom niche blog, at least one link wheel, at least 2 articles to Ezinearticles.com, and at least 3 months of future posts scheduled to be published.

A micro-business will be born.

FAQs:

1. Turnaround Time: I know that once you make your payment, you are going to be super excited to get your micro-business up and running, and are going to want it to be completed asap.

I totally understand that. But just know that faster doesn't always mean better. Especially when you're creating a micro-business for long term profits. I am only going to take on 10 clients at a time max, so I will be very accessible.

Also, I would like there to be plenty of communication between us throughout the process of creating your micro-business. I will create the micro-business as fast as I can, without affecting the quality. I know that some Warriors can use article spinners, non-english speaking article writers, and other tools to create blogs lightning fast. That's not me.

As my customer, you can contact me at any time to get an update of your micro-business. I'm not trying to make a quick and easy buck here. Creating profitable micro-business for the long haul takes time and effort.

2. Hosting and Domain Names: Since this will be your micro-business, you will need to get a domain name and hosting account.

I would recommend waiting until after I do the keyword research so that you can try and pick out a domain name that has one of your strong keyword phrases in it. If you don't have a domain regsitrar that you work with, I can suggest one.

As for hosting, I go against the grain and work with a smaller company. I have never had an issue with them and am quite familiar with how to create the niche blog with them. I have been using them for years and highly recommend that you them for this micro-business (although you don't have to).

If you choose a different hosting company, I just recommend that you choose one that has Fantastico. It will speed up the building of the niche blog.

I'll ask you to give your login details so that I can easily handle everything on my end. And there's no need to worry about security issues. If you check my stats and posts on the Warrior Forum, I am honest and reliable.

3. Monetization of the niche blog: This is going to be different for each micro-business I create. Some niches work better with Adsense. Others with CPA offers. Or affilaite products. Or a mixture of the three. We'll discuss the monetization side of your niche blog after we determine which niche it will be in.

The HeatMap Wordpress theme is ideal for marketers in that it is already set up to add Adsense, CPA offers, and affiliate product promotions in the best spots on the blog (that's why it's called "heatmap").

I want you to see this more as a business investment as opposed to just paying for a service. As my client, I care about you and the success of the micro-business. A fellow Warrior just PMed me and I thought I would post my response here so that it can benefit other Warriors who have the same question.

The question being: can you help me choose a niche?


My response:

Hi...

If you purchase one of my packages, I will do up to three keyword lists for you. Shoot, if you were really unhappy with those keyword lists, I'd do more until you were satisfied.

But what I would first recommend is choosing a niche where the market is in desperate need for a solution now. This can be health related (cure for yeast infection, migraines, impotency, infertility, etc), financially related (foreclosure, bankruptcy, job loss, etc) or any other niche where people NEED to find a solution asap.

Golf, Yoga, Digital Cameras, and other "want" related niches do well, of course. But its much harder to monetize these niches (in my opinion) and will take more planning and effort to do so successfully.

Just think about a toothache. It hurts like heck and you want to find out how to relieve that problem now. And are much more likely to pay to get that solution.

Makes sense, right?
