Hi,

Once you obtain a PR4 you need to keep building backlinks in order to maintain PR4. If you do you can maintain or increase the PR if not it'll drop.

Everything's above board, nothing BlueFart or anything that might cause a ban by the search engines.

Yes, PR4 is Google PageRank 4. For more information on Google PageRank go here:
PageRank - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

PageRank is usually updated every 3 to 4 months. If you achieve PR 4 and don't continue to develop your site or blog it's likely your PageRank score will drop. However, if you continue to work on your website and create new backlinks you should be able to maintain your PageRank or even increase it.

PageRank has nothing to do with traffic however higher PR often means you'll rank higher in Google.

There is no way any one can guarantee you PR4 or your website in top SERP. Organic SEO needs lot of time to get results not less than 6 months especially for new domains. It may be possible to get a PR4 in 120 days but being in not in top SERP's. Even google professionals can't guarantee you that.

As you all know by now, Google's testing it's new search engine called "Caffeine"(Google). I believe they've already started to roll out Caffeine on some of their data centers, at least in part. I've been monitoring several KW and some of the Caffeine results are now starting to show up in Google.

The new Caffeine engine is faster, has more pages indexed, and relevancy improved. From what I see Google is becoming very good at handling different topics in different ways(unlike Bing, or Yahoo).

Caffeine seems to rely a bit more on the keywords(use them in your title, url, bold in text) and favors more backlinks compared to the previous engine.
