Designer: Looking for help with Wordpress themes

I need an "artist" that can create Wordpress themes from ground up. I have too many customers right now that are requesting sites that EXACTLY conform to their ideas of how they want their site to look.

I, too, create themes and do my best to guide these customers so that they do not ask for something ridiculous so the tasks are always (somewhat) reasonable - but may be time consuming getting things perfectly placed for them.

They come up with the main idea for the theme then it's my/our job to make that idea a reality so I really need someone with an artistic eye and good imagination.

If I find such a person, there will be many jobs that we will do together because I get these requests constantly.

As usual, I need this person yesterday. So, if you fit the bill and have the time to jump on a project right away, let's get started.
