I just received my free article from these folks, and I'm delighted!

It's well written, and mind you, the subject matter, in this case the US mortgage
industry, is not the easiest topic to write about intelligently, but they manage it
very well.

The turnaround time is exceptional, too, particularly since when I requested the free
sample I was promised one "as soon as we can." So, I figured I'd be waiting about
a week. But, they finished it the same day. Impressive, to say the least, especially
at this price.

I will definitely be sending these folks my article writing business from now on. The
other writers I hired, who are well known on this Forum (but, whose name I figure
I cannot divulge publicly because the moderators might flinch), are now past history.

They were paid for a few test articles on November 4, 2009, and to date (Nov. 14),
I'm still waiting to see them. Their standard explanation is that all orders take them
about 7 business days; what calendar they're using to measure those days is not
clear, though.

Although these questions are touched upon in your introduction above, I still
would like to have all this spelled out before I start to send you work in the
coming days.

What level of confidence do you have that you can maintain your superlative
turnaround time of "generally 24-48 hours" once you start to get multiple, high
volume orders from different customers - if you haven't already? Is it possible
the turnaround time may suddenly hike up to 5 days, or more?

As far as keyword density is concerned, can this element be arbitrarily increased
(to say, 3%-5% on 500 words articles), or decreased, as needed? In other words,
can your customer control this?

I understand that customers prefer quick turnaround times and at the moment we can handle work that is sent through.

We have plans in place to add extra work capacity should the need arise - in order to be able to deliver for our customers. With any delays we will keep you informed and let you before the event.

As far as keyword density goes, we can cater to your needs - however from experience we find that a lower keyword density allows for a better article (from a readers perspective). Our writers have instructions to not sacrifice readability for the sake of adding more keywords. However wherever possible they will add them in.

It's well written, and mind you, the subject matter, in this case the US mortgage industry, is not the easiest topic to write about intelligently, but they manage it very well. The turnaround time is exceptional, too, particularly since when I requested the free sample I was promised one "as soon as we can." So, I figured I'd be waiting about a week. But, they finished it the same day. Impressive, to say the least, especially at this price. I will definitely be sending these folks my article writing business from now on. The other writers I hired, who are well known on this Forum (but, whose name I figure I cannot divulge publicly because the moderators might flinch), are now past history. They were paid for a few test articles on November 4, 2009, and to date (Nov. 14), I'm still waiting to see them. Their standard explanation is that all orders take them about 7 business days; what calendar they're using to measure those days is not clear, though. Again, thanks, gnomad. Hope you get a lot of business here.

What level of confidence do you have that you can maintain your superlative turnaround time of "generally 24-48 hours" once you start to get multiple, high volume orders from different customers - if you haven't already? Is it possible the turnaround time may suddenly hike up to 5 days, or more? As far as keyword density is concerned, can this element be arbitrarily increased (to say, 3%-5% on 500 words articles), or decreased, as needed? In other words, can your customer control this?
