Typically all the orders are delivered within 5-7 days. You never have to wait longer than that barring emergencies / long weekends .

The ticket ID is when you place the order using the link posted above, after making payment, you are asked to visit the helpdesk and create the ticket at our helpdesk with details of your project.

In regular circumstances the project is finished in a week. However at times ezine rejects article and then it takes some extra time depending upon ezine approval time taken.
