Hello everyone.

I currently handle the support desks for some of the UK's top internet marketers and I now have an opening for 1 or maybe 2 more IM'ers who may need their products supporting.


I am familiar with the Kayako support ticket system and have extensive knowledge and experience in the various areas of internet marketing and dealing with customer support queries.

I can also give limited technical advice on the common problems that internet newbies face when first starting an online venture.

However, I think my most important skill is that I genuinley do care about giving good customer service. I have had many nice emails and phone calls from customers telling me how pleased they were with my help and obviously this has the knock on effect of giving a good reflection of the product vendor.

Any leads will be appreciated and my fee is very flexible.
