Hi everyone
I purchased one of Webvigor's initial review copies at the start of this month.
So far he has completed the onsite optimization and at the moment he is working on the offsite optimization.

My initial review of the service:

I ordered a review on 11-23-2009. Webvigor agreed to run his service against my brand new website. I asked for slow link building because I do not want Google to penalize my new website. You may know link building have to look as much natural as possible.

I am very happy to report that my url is now on page 1 of google! That's right, page 1. Right now it is fluctuating between position 10-7, but it has been on page 1 for many days now.

Sounds like an interesting offer. I have been looking for a quality SEO/Link Builder to work on 2 of my sites (I have more to come as well) that have made some progress in the SERPS (but not much) but I want them to make the top 5 in the next 3-6 months. The competition for the keywords is between 500 000-1 million results and the competing pages are not high PR so should be quite reasonable?

I have a few questions though because I like to be thorough.

What sort of PR can I expect for the actual pages where the links are deposited?

Can you give me a rough idea of approx what percentage of the links will be PR2, PR3, PR4 etc.?

Do all of the links built contain anchor text or only the ones where the site owner allows you to place anchor text? If so can you again give me a rough idea of what percentage of links in the package would contain anchor text?

My final question is - approximately how many other outgoing links are on the pages that my links would appear on?

Thanks in advance for helping out with these questions. I have heard of other warriors being burned with link building WSOs so I thought I would ask these questions to not only help me but any other warriors who I'm sure also have many burning questions!

Well, I am not providing a linkbuilding service where you are provided some fixed amount of links, PR and other stuff.
IMO, it is not very essential to have links from high PR sites(It can be good to increase your green bar though).
I can show you many of my sites with 0 or 1 PR but they are listed on the top of many sites which have much better PR
than mine. Let's take Angela or Pauls links as an example. Someone may place a link on a page which has no PR and in near future it has no hopes to have better PR but these links work. One of my customers was paying $400 each month for a PR8 link each month. After taking his site, I suggest him not to pay for that and leave that link. He was reluctant to do that but he is enjoying much better rankings without that.

In all of my offsite optimization of this packages, webmasters have no connections to approve a comment or not. I am not going to request someone or to pay someone to exchange a link(reciprocal links). Mostly, Links will have Anchor text with variation of your primary and secondary keywords.

In my offsite optimization campaign, you will find mixed amount of "dofollow" and "nofollow" links. I know what happen when Google crawlers find a link on a page and in their next visit they don't find it. I don't create such links because they always harm the rankings. I don't do any linkbuilding with super fast speed and without analysis.
I'd like to explain again that it is not my linkbuilding service where you get fixed amount of links like 100 links from signature posts, 50 links from blog comments etc. Of course I'll follow my own plan and it can have contextual links as well as non-contextual. I know it seems like a fishy or spam service or claims to provide such services in this cheap price but I am just doing it for reviews(as this is my first service thread here and i need to expand my business). People should expect high price after completing 10 or so orders. Finally, I can show you many projects which I have completed. Believe it or not, I can even show you couple my own sites(brand new) which I purchased last month and they are ranking in first 300 for
keywords with more than 1 million competition.

I have been looking for a quality SEO/Link Builder to work on 2 of my sites (I have more to come as well) that have made some progress in the SERPS (but not much) but I want them to make the top 5 in the next 3-6 months. The competition for the keywords is between 500 000-1 million results and the competing pages are not high PR so should be quite reasonable? I have a few questions though because I like to be thorough. What sort of PR can I expect for the actual pages where the links are deposited? Can you give me a rough idea of approx what percentage of the links will be PR2, PR3, PR4 etc.? Do all of the links built contain anchor text or only the ones where the site owner allows you to place anchor text? If so can you again give me a rough idea of what percentage of links in the package would contain anchor text? My final question is - approximately how many other outgoing links are on the pages that my links would appear on? Thanks in advance for helping out with these questions. Weird? Anyways, Quasar is the Man!! I started him off on one big project and quickly realized I stumbled on to pure SEO gold. I have him working on 5 large projects now. I can tell you I have sent him large chuncks of cash with Western Union and I trust this man 100%.
