I am a certified proofreader and offer my services for articles, websites, sales copy, ads, newsletters, ebooks, job applications, resumes, cover letters and more.

This service was started for non-native English speakers; however, it is a viable service for every business professional.

I understand the importance of writing in a clear, concise and grammatically correct manner. It is essential to portray your thoughts and ideas so that others are able to understand what you’re trying to say.

Spelling errors and missed words are very common and often overlooked. Simple mistakes can be avoided by having a careful eye look over your writing.

I will provide you with an error-free writing. I will do any editing that is required to keep the flow and sentence structure intact. I won’t do any substantial re-writing unless it is required due to very poor grammar and sentence structure. Your original thoughts and ideas will still be portrayed in the writing.

Once your payment is confirmed you can send me an email with your text as an attachment in a Word document (.doc format) or text document (.txt format). Either way is fine with me. You can also request that I visit the page of your site that you want proofread, and I will copy it over into Word myself.

You will be given instructions on the “Thank you” page for article proofreads. All articles should be in Word document or text format.

Once I have proofread your text you will receive an email with two attachments. One will be the revised copy showing the corrections that I have made, the other will be the final copy.

Hi,

I need a professional proofreader and copyeditor to assist me with my non-fiction ebook. There are 6 chapters, roughly 6000 words per chapter.

I need your help to...

1. Find and correct grammatical errors.
2. Check for punctuation and misspelled words.
