Anyone considering buying a full website should have it appraised and looked over for potential problem points and places of interest to ensure they are getting not only a good website, but one that will last.

I have over 10 years of experience in every aspect of Web Development and 6 years experience buying and selling websites. I offer an in-depth site appraisal service. I do this freelance for many people and I’ve had nothing but remarkable feedback from my analysis.

I’ll analyze much more than surface information like traffic data and page rank. I really dig deep and comb through not only the site but their advertising structure, cross-reference their claimed advertising revenue, provide information for implementation and optimization of advertising and give you a 6month and 1 year plan for not only how to increase advertising revenue on the site, but how to keep the site running at it’s current level and maintenance. I’ll also do deep SEO analysis for future Search Engine Optimization.

I go through any potential trouble spots and any highlights that should be pursued in the website. I can provide you with an in depth analysis of any aspect of the site and sale you’d need to make an educated decision. Not only that, I’ll let you know if you’re getting a good deal or not based on my data combing. This is all unbiased and I have no affiliation with the seller, I’m merely providing a third party point of view and service most large web brokers refer too.

Yes I do! I use my experience to assess revenue and value based on traffic and content. It's a good piece of documentation to hold onto for future reference if you ever do plan on selling the site.
