Thanks for the good question as I didn't make that clear. We can do it both ways. If you already have a press release ready to go that you want distributed, I can do that, or we can write it. The cost is for submission, but we will throw in the press release writing for free. Remember the point of it is to get backlinks.

Great question, yes, full reports will be provided in a spreadsheet. I will rewrite a bit to include what I should have already included!

100 backlinks for $45

You can do up to 3 keywords. Of course with 3 keywords it's much easier as you can place those 3 on the same site, but the price is the same whether you just want one keyword or three. I may be crazy, but I will charge the same whether you use one or three keywords. Each backlink placed whether on the same site or not counts as one backlink. So, the answer is, either/or. Whichever you prefer. Thank you!

Naturally, this kind of long keyword will be a bit more difficult to work with, but it's possible. Any URL is fine, if it's an article, no problem.

I will overpost, so of you order 50, will do 60 or more. If only 40 stick, I will make sure you get 10 more approved links, to get your 50. Once I report to you, they will be links that have stuck and have not been deleted.

As quality backlinks that stick take time, please give 2 weeks until you receive your report of links done.

I have links with PR up to 7 and even a few 8s.

Frankly, I don't pay attention to PR too much with these sites but have had good success using them. Sorry I can't answer your question better but that's the truth! So the answer is, I do not pay attention to it.
