Hi Simon,
I have not receive any response so far from him too...
Have actually shifted half some of my simplier html sites to another provider just as not to get them delisted from the SE.

however, just noticed that my sites are up this morning..

I do not know who you are and I do not have a "laktos" in my hosting records, autoresponder, or newsletter. There are no trouble tickets at my Help Desk from "laktos" or anyone else concerning the hosting.

During the timeframe you imply that you incured problems we moved some accounts to a new server. Maybe you missed the announcement?
