How do I train my virtual assistant to do what I want?

Training a virtual assistant should be no different than training a staff member. Use the latest technologies that everyone has access to in order to facilitate training. Our staff is working from 7:00 – 11:00 am and 1:30- 5:30 pm (GMT+7) from Monday to Friday and 7:00- 11:00 am on Saturday. At this moment, we don’t provide 24/7 services yet.

I'm sorry to say that their services is the worst i ever had ... maybe i got the wrong guy ..

i hired them to do my video uploading services part-time .. which they said would be providing 25-30 videos per day and upload to tubemugol also ...

i hired them for 1 month but never got the complete report ... after talking to the team leader then only they agrees to pay me back 1/3 of the amount ..

they said i got a "tough niche" ..

I've been working with Globolstaff for over 6 months, the experience has been refreshing. Joni has been very prompt with friendly and rapid communication. I have been able to get in touch with Globolstaff by email and Skype.

Most of the work has been outsourcing "tasks" from their basic list of services for both my own personal sites, and SEO Agency work. The tasks are always completed and the reporting promptly received.

I think the true power of using a VA however, is to design your own *system* of tasks needed and train one of their full time VA's to implement.

I've also worked with Globolstaff's partner company Citigo for custom Magento programming to my ecommerce site, the communication has been good, and issues being worked through.

This is what I have been looking for to take the drudge work off my hands so that I can concentrate on content.

noticed this thread and thought to comment in case it helps anyone. We've been using GS for approx 2 mos now. They have not been big projects - basic link building. But with that been extremely impressed with their level of delivery. Speed of communication, delivery of what was promised and problem solving (in the rare event) has been unmatched by any other company we have tried in the past (which has been more than a handful). Because of the confidence they've built with us, we do plan on elevating our work to greater sized projects.

We've been using GS for approx 2 mos now. They have not been big projects - basic link building. But with that been extremely impressed with their level of delivery. Speed of communication, delivery of what was promised and problem solving (in the rare event) has been unmatched by any other company we have tried in the past (which has been more than a handful). Because of the confidence they've built with us, we do plan on elevating our work to greater sized projects. Thanks!
