About the articles:

The old adage "You get what you pay for" comes in to play here. Not saying that the articles are the worst in the world, but they aren't going to be the quality of a high end article either. Hey for 3.75 for a 500 word article what would you expect?

I think that for the price, the information and quality of the articles are fantastic. Heck the only changes that I had to make on my articles were if I wanted a sentence to sound different or the occasional switching of a word like neighbour to neighbor.

As far as following instructions Adie's team nailed it on the head with keyword density, over delivering on word count (many times the article were above 500 words) and use lsi keywords. Not to mention that I didn't have to write them myself!

One last note: You can always go to a place like constant content and pay up to $20 or more per article if you want that high end quality content. I will be sticking with Adie though as the price and quality are right for me .
