So in total just how many links should I expect for the large spoke wheel?
I'm a little confuse with the 6 tier blog with 15 sites per a wheel and the 5x1000 unique articles spinner.

you will receive over 90 backlinks to your money site if thats what you mean. You will receive 1 backlink to your site per a node, which will be anchored with your keyword/s of your choice. While i will anchor the other keywords in the article to other blog posts.
