THE ADVENTURE BEGINS

I went through two other firms to handle my accounts and it was pretty much a disaster, with me having to baby sit them and the listings as I was just not sure they were really on top of it. , Wasted three months and I ended up doing half the dam work anyway.

FAST FORWARD TO TONY

Being very wary of B.S I gave Tony a dam hard first client, I do mostly Lawyers, Realtors and hotels, as they pay very well on the monthly end and really know they cant and wont do it for themselves.

I had just signed a very hard core hotel group with a bunch of hotels, they gave me their worst listing, seo was destroyed, had 3 different address, just basically scrambled eggs, far worse than a clean new listing.
Their Keyword was very very heavy waters- average reviews were around 240 -1100, citation numbers off the charts.

To be honest I watched him like a hawk , expecting him to not be able to crack this big a listing, but I needed to know, and not make a third bad choice.

Tony went in, reworked all the info, created a monster, very custom footprint, and basically rocked the listing from day one all the way to page one,...LISTEN CAREFULLY.

Anybody can make a OKISH listing from scratch, but can they handle the heavy lifting, and have the crew to make it happen when its tough? Its the basic difference between a Pro and a Noob with some ambition, who watched a few online courses (Not knocking you Noobs I was one very big one myself one day) Google is going to keep changing and if you are outsourcing this to anybody but a pro who is on the ball, you are going to get burned.

Currently I am migrating all my clients over to his CRM and letting him run that end of the show, so I can just sell, turn over stuff to him...I bank, BTW if you are not doing some local seo, then you are really just leaving cash laying on the sidewalk cause you are to dumb to just pick it up. Their is a ton to be made here, If I did not have my existing model, and crew driven in one direction, I would do this full time in one second flat. Join any biz networking group, their are tons, if you can walk and chew gum, people will pretty much beg you to help them..really that easy or I would not have the time to do it, I dont have time for the entire romance a client thing.

My two cents, sorry to be long winded, but some people deserve to be separated from the idiots, Tony is one of them. A +++ Vendor

YES, we can rank Places listings outside of city center. However, this does not mean we will take on a job trying to rank you for another city. As long as the address on the Places page is within the city you want to rank, we will do the job.

The best scenario is a listing within 1-15 miles of city center. However, that is not a must. Just don't give me a listing with a Tampa address and expect me to rank you for keywords in Miami. Make sense?

Each listing is different and depends on several metrics and the web presence to determine if its possible to rank him outside of the city center.

How long after ordering does work begin? How long (average or based on previous works) usually does it take until your guaranteed service gets a google places page in the 7-box?
