I pretty much never write these things, as honestly I find most people don't know what the hell they are doing, and then start threads selling some crap or another.



My core biz is in building authority websites and I have a crew of 6 full time people that work in this. I do really well, It took me 4 years of hard work but its worth it-....hang in there peeps!


About a year ago I noticed that in general conversations with various biz people in my area their was a huge need for local seo. (the wife is in BNI a networking group thing, I get dragged to all the silly functions) Being a greedy little *******.... I started selling these services on the side, just as a lark pretty much, I already had the built in seo staff and programs, writers etc. One year later I have about 35-40 high end clients on average..But to manage them and keep up with the huge changes in Google Places was a drag on my crew, and just like everything on the net , it becomes a sub niche.


Long story short I saw the writing on the wall, either outsource it or my income from it would start to drop, and I would have some clients that were not happy. I dont really like the client model as much as just building out sites, so I was not willing to get my crew even more into Places stuff. I changed my model and decided to get it done outside my staff.

THE ADVENTURE BEGINS

I went through two other firms to handle my accounts and it was pretty much a disaster, with me having to baby sit them and the listings as I was just not sure they were really on top of it. , Wasted three months and I ended up doing half the dam work anyway.

FAST FORWARD TO TONY

Being very wary of B.S I gave Tony a dam hard first client, I do mostly Lawyers, Realtors and hotels, as they pay very well on the monthly end and really know they cant and wont do it for themselves.

Anybody can make a OKISH listing from scratch, but can they handle the heavy lifting, and have the crew to make it happen when its tough? Its the basic difference between a Pro and a Noob with some ambition, who watched a few online courses (Not knocking you Noobs I was one very big one myself one day) Google is going to keep changing and if you are outsourcing this to anybody but a pro who is on the ball, you are going to get burned.

Currently I am migrating all my clients over to his CRM and letting him run that end of the show, so I can just sell, turn over stuff to him...I bank, BTW if you are not doing some local seo, then you are really just leaving cash laying on the sidewalk cause you are to dumb to just pick it up. Their is a ton to be made here, If I did not have my existing model, and crew driven in one direction, I would do this full time in one second flat. Join any biz networking group, their are tons, if you can walk and chew gum, people will pretty much beg you to help them..really that easy or I would not have the time to do it, I dont have time for the entire romance a client thing.

I can relate to the post above by @robertstr (and good post btw ) - I too have experienced less than stellar service/results from a few other providers before I found Tony. Maintenance means keeping something going, not getting it there.

Surely we would pay a maintanance fee once it is in the spot.

This means that no matter whether you get it there or not, we still pay the initial fee, plus the monthly fee. Where is the guarantee in that?

I dont want to knock your work or make it seem like you dont need to be payed, I get that.

But I am failing to see how this is guaranteed placement if we start paying a maintenance fee without the promised position being held?

I just dont see how the whole guarantee thing is working.

When is the decision made on whether you can get it there or not? Guarantee doesnt mean that you are just sure of it, it means there is a safety in ordering.


With at least a $500 setup fee, and then $200 per month, that means my clients will be spending anywhere from $900 - $1100 (by your figures of 2-4 months) before they even get what they payed for.

I'm looking for maximum coverage for a new client. I do most of the SEO myself, but am interested in citation services, particularly your Package #2 and Package #8. I'm highly skeptical of ALL Internet marketing claims and services. That makes me hard to please and slow to buy. I can say without reservation that Tony's service worked for my client. Very well.

I'm not saying it will work for you, but it worked for me and I'm using it again (just bought another package today for another client). He seems to have a successful formula.

I will chime in here too as there are way too many Warriors that buy stuff then never report back (I count myself among them! ).

I bought this service a few months back and there were some hiccups initially. I was not hesitant in criticizing Anthony for these hiccups even though some of them were not of his doing. However, Anthony has straightened out his business and seems to be going from strength to strength. My offline client is ranking in the top three for the four keywords (A slot for one of them) I gave Anthony's company to work on. I am very pleased with the work his outfit has done and thought I should say so publicly.

I would recommend this service to other Warriors unreservedly now.
