As far as competition, will this service, particularly the full monty, catapult a site to page 1 of google even if the competition is considered medium or even high in the google/adwords keywords tool? If so, how long does it usually take (monthly) for a site to do this if the competition is classed as high (over 1 million results)?

For a medium/high density keyword , instead of using 3 keywords per site , 1 keyword (med/high density) is recommended to use in 1 FM campaign .

for example if you have 3 keywords (alpha,beta,theta) for a website (abc.com), where alpha,beta,theta all are med/high density then you must use just 1 keyword per campaign i.e

for #1 Full monty

site: abc.com
keywords: alpha

for #2 Full monty

site: abc.com
keywords: beta

for #3 Full monty

site: abc.com
keywords: theta

for such keywords, it might take 3-7 full monty campaigns to take the site on page 1 .

So in this example. abc.com, what if I just want to rank for 1 particular keyword that is medium to high and not 3 keywords... ie. rank for the keyword alpha only, not the keywords beta or theta. How many FM campaigns will I need for this? And once ranked for the medium to high keyword on page 1 or #1. Will I have to continue with multiple FM ie 3-7 for abc.com in order to stay or can I then drop to 1 FM for maintenance sake?

Even or 1 med/high keyword, it will take 3-7 campaigns . You can see the SERP improvement on each campaign, once it reaches the first page no further campaign will be required for the month.
