Yes, of course we handle new websites. We never use the same exact techniques for a new website as we would for an aged website and vise versa we wouldn't treat an aged website as if it were a new website. It just wouldn't make much sense to do so.

Many SEO agencies will run the same task and techniques on new and old thus creating a problem with one or the other. However, we look at each project on an individual basis and do what we know will work. Once you signup we will evaluate the website, develop a plan of action and proceed to employ it.

Our yahoo tracking has been under construction all week and is not showing the proper results as we prepare for the new design and layout launch later this week which will have many new tools on board in the clients area for clients. We don't pay any attention to Yahoo rankings and they are there for clients that want to see those.. I don't think we have ever had a client write to us and ask us to rank them for Yahoo Either way your Yahoo ranking should get better as well in time.

We have just answered the same question on another thread we have here at WF so I will just copy the same answer here for you.

Our clients have not been affected by the Penguin updates as we have always been in compliance with Googles releases before they even release them and the only clients we have that are affected are those that had other SEO services before hiring TWC. The ones that were affected have either hired people before TWC and they linked 100% of their anchor text to their target keywords which is a no no in this new update with Google.

TWC has NEVER used only the target keywords when when building backlinks and we have always used a wide variety of anchor text % as well as backlinking platforms.

We have taken on many clients recently that were affected by the update and we have successfully recovered their rankings for them so again our SEO is not and was not affected by the recent updates. Firstly they are not quotes as your websites are not built yet with content. It just says clickbump theme. I told you in those emails they are estimates and you would need to resubmit these websites to us for an official quote price when you have completed the websites. That's exactly how you would need to proceed. If you send a payment through off those estimates it will be refunded and ignored.

We cant properly quote a project that doesn't exist.. we need to see the content and ensure its uniqueness in order to judge how to proceed with the ranking process. Your websites need to have meta tags added and the title tag plays a vital role in how fast a website ranks and if the rankings stick so again work to be done before we can provide you a price.. I just provided those estimates so you know approximately what you are looking at when you do get them complete.
