I get this question very frequently. As far as my package ranking sites internationally, it does very well in increasing your SERPS whether local or international. As far as footprints go, you have nothing to be concerned about. I use 100 private proxies with all my services, which are rotated out for new ones on a monthly basis.

The site is already dancing, 2 days back it was nowhere and now somewhere between ~200/300.

Just some minor improvements:
For less footprint use spintax on usernames and where possible try contextual links.

Conclusion:

I can say without exaggeration than this is the best $28 I've spent on WF. I'm not too fond of the .edu links (they're on blogs that are spammed to death and aren't on unique domains), but the package is definitely $28 well spent - and I haven't even seen SERP movement yet!

I've been disappointed many times before, but not this time. I only wish there were reports for tier 2 and tier 3 links as well, because I see no reason to exclude them.

I'm not too fond of the .edu links (they're on blogs that are spammed to death and aren't on unique domains), but the package is definitely $28 well spent - and I haven't even seen SERP movement yet! I've been disappointed many times before, but not this time. I only wish there were reports for tier 2 and tier 3 links as well, because I see no reason to exclude them.
