With regards to your question, the service offered does not guarantee low OBL, but rather is designed to offer a lot of links from a variety of high PR pages at a tremendous value. Due to the high volume of high PR pages offered, there is naturally a mixture of URLs with both high OBLs along with low OBLs. It is designed to compliment your current backlinking campaign and will add to the strength of the overall SEO profile of your websites.

It should be apparent that it would be impossible to offer so many high pr links with low OBLs without charging hundreds of dollars for such a service. There will be some comments that naturally get pushed to inner pages after a period of time. There is no need to worry about your comments disappearing in 24 hours. Just wanted to leave my review. I have bought many services from this forum, and most of them have not been worth the money. However, Tina's services are not one of them. I purchased the diamond explosion on 2/2/12. Figured I would not be losing much at $19 so I gave it a shot. The keywords being targeted were both not ranking in the top 200 as I have done little seo work for this site. I must say, the results are quite impressive. My first keyword is currently sitting on page 1 at the 10th spot of Google, and my second keyword is at the 18th spot on page 2!!!! Admittedly, the keywords were of low-medium competition but it is still the best $19 I have spent. Fast service, great results, would definitely recommend! 1 week update:

I ordered the Serp Explosion for a google plus page, it was delivered in 2 days.

After 7 days the page is ranking on page 10 position 4.

This is not bad considering it was no where on the serps.

I'm monitoring the page and I'll update as I get results.

Wow the SERP Explosion is AWESOME !
I ordered yesterday. Tina told me that TAT is 4 to 7 days.
But today I received the report from her. She delivered in less than 24 hours !!!

And it's not the only good thing. Tina overdelivered.
I received exactly 1498 links for Tier 1 !

I also asked her not to have the +1s and she gave me more bookmarks instead.
