It seems that they are getting more efficient.

I know you're waiting on backlinking, and in light of new algorithm changes, I think it's worth the wait while they do some testing to make sure they get it right.

A couple of my older sites, that I built, got buried because my backlinking was too aggressive with anchor text.

Also keep in mind that some niche/keyword combinations require a slightly different process based on competition and research. The end result is typically the same, but takes a different route to get there.

I personally do not know that exact science or formula that the guys have put together, but I can assure you that it works.

For example, based on the reports, some site's content needs to be drip fed, others we can post right away.

Some site's products that were chosen to be promoted needs to be purchased and researched, others don't.

Some sites needs to be indexed and/or age for a couple weeks before adding affiliate links, others can go live right away.

Some site's content need to be tested to ensure high click though and conversion rates based on the niche, others are pretty standard and don't require much tweaking.

When someone has specific niche preferences that the team isn't too familiar with, those sites also require more testing, research and attention.

Those are just a few of many factors that varies turn-around times.

As a long time client of these guys, I can say that I really appreciate the post, hearing some of the behind the scene details. Sounds like a post that the SEO Guru Andre may have been able to post a while ago, but great now none the less!

Now with the most recent Google update, SEO dudes are making a few changes/adjustments from what I have heard.

Just reading thru alot of different threads and noticed how hard Big G's lastest Algo change hit people. Sites that held #1 position for 9 years knocked out of sight. Scary stuff!!
I wonder how have the sites you guys have built have fared??? I know everyone is scrambling right now to figure things out and I wish you guys the best of luck for yourselves and us.

I agree that I am probably better off that my backlinking hasn't started and they have a chance to adjust before doing it.

I only ask when you placed your order so i can kinda see and feel where things are going. I am not by any means upset with the Team at Nichexpress even though it is taking much longer for my sites than some others. I don't always understand why, but some of that is just basic human nature to question. But, in all my post no one will ever see that I accused or was upset with them. I have complete faith in the end product they produce and that is why after all this time I haven't asked for a refund. These guys and gal rock!!!

Hey Eric,
One of my own sites was number 1 on the big G and got slapped outa sight by the wicked Penguin. Luckily I wasn't earning alot off the site still hurt a bit though.
I think the NicheXpress sites are well written and offer quality which is one big plus the big g wants.I think it's more the SEO strategy that's interesting and let's hope the team get this correct. Last thing ya want is a great quality site sandboxed.
I know I for one will be using other ways of generating traffic other than relying on page 1 of google as it's proved to be pretty unstable .

Some of us have definitely had a much longer wait than others, and may still have a way to go yet. I'm pretty sure there was a period where things got pretty chaotic for these guys, and some orders may have suffered for that, mine included.

But that's ok, it can and does happen in any business. What really counts is the honesty and integrity with which Andre has handled it, and that is something I can vouch for. I wasn't fobbed off nor were excuses made, just an honest explanation and a plan forward. You can't fault that!

Eric, I totally agree with you. It is human nature to question. I felt the exact same way, especially when checking the thread from time to time and seeing how quickly other people are receiving their orders.

But then Lynn's post outlining the amount of work going into this service was gratefully received. It was nothing I didn't already know, but was a good reminder to be reasonable. It would take much more than 6 weeks or so for me to achieve what these guys do!

For those of you that are yet to receive your sites, just keep up the communication with patience and understanding. If you don't hear back from one method ie support desk, don't assume the worst, just try emailing instead. These guys are working hard out to produce some pretty impressive results from what other customers have said, so if they haven't noticed that someone has been missed, its totally understandable.

Before too long we'll all be too busy with our new sites to give any delays a second thought!

I'd have to agree with last two posts. I admit I had second thoughts in last couple of weeks regarding this service, but that's only because 1) I've been scammed before with similar service , 2) amount of "bad" reviews of this service which consist of lack of communication and delays, 3) Number of people who said good things about this service and they joined WF in last 2 months. However, It's been less than 3 weeks since I paid for this service and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Really fast customer support (surprised, as people were complaining about this), great looking sites & quality articles. What else can I wish for? Well, there is one thing I guess - my patience But I believe my sites are in good hands so I can be patient as well. Take your time!

Yeah right.

I'm big on testing so not all of our personal sites followed the same the
same link building structure. Some are still doing extremely well and have
improved after the update and a couple have drowned.

You never know with Google, but at least now we know what works and
what doesn't in the long run.

The 'scary' part is once G decides they don't like your site, it's hell trying
to get rank it again.

We treat NicheXpress sites as are own, you all won't have to worry about
that.

So far so good.....

I am taking it easy and going with the flow, allowing Nichexpress to decide on the best keyword and monetisation strategy.

It took Adriana less than 2 days to find and email me a keyword report and suggested domain name. Hopefully the OP does not mind me posting this info. Report is nothing special, just standard info. They list 5 keywords. For each of the keywords, they detail:
Exact Monthly Searches
SEOT (Search Engine Organic Traffic)
PBR (Phrase-to-Broad Ratio)
Competitive Analysis, which is a link to a SEO competition matrix
They advise to monetise with Amazon.

I have installed a vanilla copy of WP. Have emailed them with url and WP login details. The ball is now back in Nichexpress's court to do their thing and setup the site.

Once created, I am going to head on over to amazon.com and setup an Amazon Associates account.

What a weekend...

Mass update for everyone:
(sorry i'd take me forever to update everyone's ticket one by one)

I think it's safe to say that ALL and any NicheXpress sites are officially
panda and penguin proof.

After countless hours of split testing, consulting with other SEOs, reviewing
reports, sandboxing sites (my own, of course) and pulling my hair out - we've
finally came up with a system that will undoubtedly continue to rank these sites.

What does this mean for you?

As of today, we're putting NicheXpress back into hyperdrive. If you were
and are still waiting for either:

- Affiliate links to go live
- Content to be posted (which means it has already been written)
- Backlinking

We're on it.

The problem arose when our original 'system' wasn't seeming to rank sites
as fast as they used to. Can't say it was flawed, but G's updates certainly
slowed down the ranking process. Which sucks for everyone.

Sounds a great idea. I doubt anyone can predict how long a site will get to page 1.The first site the team did for me a month ago isn't even on sitemap yet one which is just domain with theme in place and no content is on sitemap. Thus I feel google is being a funny yet unpredictable animal.

Regarding turnaround time, they try to finish 3 sites package in 4-6 weeks, but I would equip myself with patience if I were you
