The framework for two of my sites are completed. I told the team not to hurry. I am more concerned about the performance of the site, not the speed it takes to bang one out.

I recommend it. Some niche/keyword combinations won't
require much maintenance.

I don't currently offer any monthly SEO maintenance but I recommend
a few underground services that will do the trick when you get to that
point.

They range from $10-$25 a month.

Now I've had enough. The last time I talked to Andre, 31 March and he said he did finish my site but it was far from finished. When I pointed out that it was not complete and asked when would be finished and When starting backlinking he did not answered me yet. He has only added five articles in wordpress theme "genesis" with a little formatting, and this has taken the maximum 10-minutes of work. None at all on the formatting of the site, non SEO optimization, it's only HOME page on site and not a single plug-in installed. He has not even insert my clickbank product, even if he asked me for my clickbank ID and I have sent it back.
I have ordered just ONE single site March 1 and after one month I have this and this too after every week I asked what Happened with my site. And they respond most times after several times I asked. I don' know why they have members area when they don't answer there. Now I'll get answer very soon I think.

Bojan, I think you may be confusing this service with others that you've
tried.

We kinda have an idea on how to make money with these things. :)

Some niches take a bit more than others - which is why we have
multiple clients posting here who have already made money (some
in the thousands, so far) and other clients who's sites are still in
progress.

In your case, the health and fitness / clickbank combination (based
on your niche / monetiziation preferences) is tough. Doable, if you're
willing to let us do our thing - but takes time.

Unfortunately, we don't just throw your site together, fill it with ads and
affiliate links and backlinking it to death expecting it to make money. Sadly,
that's not how it works.

If that's what you were looking for, I have no problem whatsoever
returning your investment. There are many, many cheap services on this
forum alone that will be more than happy to throw one of those together
for you. Probably within hours.

Please understand I am serious buyer wanting to try your service. As I can see the rankings for a lot of sites you have worked on, and can confirm them to be ranking very well.

But I have two super important questions that I'd like answered before I am comfortable ordering:

1. What's your relationship with View Profile: Mieko. They left a review on this thread without disclosing any affiliation. But based on http://teamlavell.com/images/seology-3.png, they ran a wso (WP SEOLOGY) where the files were stored on your web server. Are they a member of your team leaving the review, if so why would they not disclose this information?

2. Foot Print! The sales letter states "custom design" as one of the features. I was able to find at least 50+ website that you have built with the exact same template (different headers -- but same design). That's a major foot print for anyone (google) to follow and nuke at will.

Can a warrior with an established account, maybe one with an account that has been opened for a couple of years (not everyone who signed up close to the end of 2011) leave a review of this service?

Some of our NicheXpress clients are also previous clients of ours (copywriting, coaching, etc) I want to say that Mieko was a copy client. Him or Andre will have to verify. If you dig a little deeper, you'll notice that a lot of sales letter here on this forum are also written by Andre.

Our site designs are typically based on the client's preferences. If none are listed we do have a set style that we go with that we know for sure converts, and looks well.

We also run/operate hundreds of sites ourselves with very similar styles
