| Outsource your mobile sites to me and charge your client as much as you like. Or get a mobile site of your own that you can be proud to show off as a sales tool. If you sell to realtors, I can host it on my site on a realtor related .mobi domain, I also have more generic domains for use if you want to use my hosting. These are also great if you want a demo to use/ sell. agent1.mobi - for Realtors Or use your own domain. Why you and your clients need mobile sites: I create sites that are totally mobile compliant. You can see some pictures of a few style examples below: or: There are more options in the back end of the site builder. You can change the theme very quickly as seen in the screenshots. When you change it in the backend, it is live on the site once you save it. If you order multiple sites, you have the option of having all your client sites under one dashboard for quick editing. If you are offering self managed sites to clients, they will each need a dashboard of their own. You will still need to order each site separately though to keep the billing straight. If one cancels, we don't want to have to keep altering subscription rates. Below are some of the current options for the site. Watch this if you want to see how it works once your site is set up for you. I will be happy to answer questions - I am on Pacific Standard Time. Here's the deal: There are Three options (first month includes backend setup plus one month): Mobile Site Self Serve( $35.00 USD for the first month then, $15.00 USD for each month .) - I set up the back end, you or your client set up the site content and choose which pages - it is all point an click unless you want special html pages inside of it - the capability is there for advanced users. Mobile Site with Personal Assistance on Initial Setup Only ($65.00 USD for the first month then, $15.00 USD for each month.) As above but if you want me to put in the information for you the first time, I can do it. You take care of monthly edits after that. Mobile site with Personalized Support/ Monthly Assistance and access to me on Skype ( $65.00 USD for the first month then, $35.00 USD for each month .) As above plus I will also help with a few monthly edits a month and give you access on skype. I work full time Pacific Standard time so will be available most evenings, but not during the day. Just want to be totally upfront with you. If you want the install on m.currentdomain.com - I need cpanel access to create the subdomain and create a CNAME or you can do it. You or your clients webmaster will need to install the redirect code if they want it to pick up the mobile site. It is just copy and paste. The mobile site builds it for you. If you choose a new .mobi site - you do not need hosting - I need access to the account to set up the CNAME and A Records or you can do it if you are familiar with that. ORDER HERE: Mobile Site Order Form This will be the easiest mobile site you never built! Talk to you soon Heather IF YOU WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN 10 CLIENT SITES AT ONCE, I CAN DISCOUNT THE MONTHLY FEE TO $10 EACH - SEND ME A PM WITH THE DETAILS |

Can I have the site on my own domain? Yes Can I put the site on a client's m.domain.com? - Yes you need access to the cpanel to create the subdomain, it is just a line of code on the main domain that makes it switch over. Is it easy to cancel? Yes, just let me know, preferably before you stop paying and I will suspend the site. For example if a client cancels, you let me know and I will suspend it. If they change their mind, you can just pay again and I can re-activate it. (within a few months) Is there any refunds? No, we don't refund the sites since once it is made, we have already put the labor in to set it up, but you don't have to continue paying. Just let me know. |

Hi Mac, Thanks for the question. Let's say 5 days at the latest for a worst case scenario, more likely under 2 days. This week I'm not working so could put them out the same day. Setting up the back end of it is fairly quick, it is the communication and customization that takes time. If I'm helping with the site, it will be a bit slower, but no more than a few days in either case. Hope this helps. Thanks, Heather |
