Hey LifeIsGood, good to hear from you again, most of the links are automatic.

It doesn't look spammy because of the Link Pyramid structure, it's designed to prevent any site from getting sandboxed, so they're well-placed.

Varies, some will be permanent, a few will fall off after 3-4 months, but most will be there for the long haul.

You can provide an article for the Web 2.0 Properties... those are contextual links, other than that, they're regular backlinks, and if you don't have an article, I can take care of it myself.

Always provide a report, yes.

Most of the links get indexed, but you can index them yourself if you want to.

Hey cbfire999, after you've ordered your pyramid, and get the report, you'll start to see results anywhere from in a few days, to a couple of weeks, and sometimes up to a couple of months... It varies greatly, but the backlinks will move you up the rankings fairly soon.
