I know most of wiki links are nofollow since that is the limitation set by the Wikis. But it doesn't mean the link juice won't flow to your site.You still need these kind of links to make your link profile Natural.

Since most of wiki links come from High Authority sites (some wikis hosted on .edu sites) it's still have impact for you ranking. Dofollow/Nofollow tag is just about PageRank pass not about Link juice pass.

Just analysed your sites few mins ago, I have some advice to improve your on page SEO. You may add content (300 - 500 Words should be fine) to your webpage.

After panda update google loves website that have unique content. I know your site is an online store style, so it has little content. If possible, you can add some article within the bottom of your page.

I have some client in the past who add about 300 - 500 words relevant + unique article to his online store page, Then this site move to page 1 instantly after add relevant article. I hope you can follow this case study to get better Rank

My domain is a "mycitychiropractor.com" domain ( don't want competition from a you guys so I'll spare the details).

My keyword is "my city chiropractor" I was in postion 24 on Feb 7, 2012 and I ordered the SERP Bomber service on the 8th I think.

By the 15th of Feb, 2012 I was in position 3. That is the first page of Google and on the 3rd spot!
More details:
My domain is almost a year old. I have not built the site around it until about a week ago. In fact, I wanted to test this service on this domain. So I have done nothing else other than the usual on page SEO. Title tags, Keyword rich content (without stuffing the keywords), tagging all my images with the keyword I was using. Just the basic on page SEO.

Now I can't say this is permanent because I've only been on the first page for just a few days now, but so far I'm impressed.

Remember newbies don't expect any results if you don't take care of the tedious On Page SEO. Plus good keyword research ( don't choose keywords that have too much competition.)

I'm not affiliated with SERP Bomber, but I did some careful On Page SEO and I got some extreme movement on my keyword with this service.

Try to do some good on Page SEO. I recommend Rank Mover report here on Warrior forum. I follow the list there for all my On Page SEO and it has served me well. I think Daniel Tan wrote that report (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I say its decent for low/medium competition keywords, but you will have to incorporate more packages or other types of links for tougher keywords.
