• 5 web pages (any extra webpage $5)
• Wordpress content management system (CMS) so you can update your website pages yourself
• Contains simple Contact form
• Google Maps
• Simple Calendar
• superb themes (I'll choose one depending on your needs)
• up to 3 revisions
• 3 to 5 days for completion

To make it easier for you, there are two options available:

1. Option will cost just $87:

1.You buy, register and point the domain servers to your web host (Hostgater preferred) and send me the Cpanel Username and Password per email.

2.You get a Paypal invoice per email that contains 3 PDFs.

3.There will be 3 PDFs (How to purchase and register your own domain name, Questionary to figure out what you want and to get your required documents, How to format the folder with your documents and where to upload it) instructions on what I need from you (logo with alpha channel - if you don't have I can design one based on your needs for $10 (includes favicon as well!), mention it when you PM me and I will send you a questionary on what the logo should be based on - page title, order and content, business contact details etc.).

4.You send me an email with the download link of the folder with your documents and pay half the deposit.

5.Your website will get set up in 3 to 5 days.

6.Your happiness is important to me. If you are not, I do up to 3 revisions for you!

7.You will get another Paypal link to pay the remaining amount.

8.Finally, I send you the CMS username and password.

2. Option will cost $87 plus $39 (that is only $3.25 per month!) for hosting your website for 1 year plus the amount of money to buy and register your domain:

1.You choose an available domain at godaddy.com.

2.You get a Paypal invoice per email that contains 3 PDFs.

Hey, I think you should lower your prices unless those themes are %100 unique and designed by yourself..
