Programmer: Experienced Programmer looking to work with Warriors! PHP, ASP.NET, Desktop Apps, etc

My name is Mike, and I want to become a warrior in 2009. I'm a programmer based in New York, and I've been with my company for 10 years... I can feel my mind rotting. It's time for a change, and so I am going to venture out on my own. Here's my situation and my offer:

I've built/designed/supported intranet apps for the past decade, but I don't have a ready-to-show portfolio of my work. So I think there's no better way to build one than to work with fellow Warriors.

Custom PHP programming:

-Pop-ups/layered pop-overs

-lead generation forms (with opt-in verification)

-Custom mailing scripts (I just finished one that does HTML/plain text in the same e-mail)

-Wordpress plugins/widgets

-Scripts that collect browser/ip/referrer info along with the data you're asking the user to enter

-Mobile-ready versions of squeeze and landing pages (we can even use the same URL for all versions and swap put the display)

AJAX-enabled forms (user can join a list and not leave/refresh the page)

If you can think of it, I can probably design/build it. I also do asp.net programming, but there doesn't seem to be much demand for it in warrior-land.

I also do standalone apps for windows - perhaps you'd like to add a low-cost or giveaway app for your current products, or design something new to sell)

I can also host websites and do maintenance on existing ones (updates, remove files, etc.)

Anyone who is working with me gets my phone number so we can (at your discretion) discuss your project and its details.

I plan on charging 20-30/hour for my services, but that can be a steep gamble for someone you've never worked with and none of your colleagues have worked with, so I am going to provide a two-phase offer:

The first person who arranges to work with me will get my services for $10/hour, maximum of 6 hours.

The next 5 people who can work out arrangements with me will get my services at $20/hour, max 6 hours.

Assuming you folks aren't ready to kill me, I'll look at offering a WSO for a price north of $20/hour.

I don't think I could go any lower without giving it away, and no one takes those offers seriously. Pricing can be per-project or per-hour; it really depends on what you’d like me to do.

I went a joolma site build for a real estate company.the site have a be a payed membership site with Viral Marketing Widget.I went it to be like myspace and facebook I went my user to have there own page and to be able to add picture and video and and i went it to be very user friendly..and to be able to add software on the site so my user can use it..
