Pleasing? I think they're pleasing (eye of the beholder thing) but I do have a few more samples. I can assure you they are custom designed and not lifted from a free theme site.

How come you've picked the worst possible templates to sell? They may not be utterly, offensively crap, but compared to even average wordpress templates these days they really are unattractive and outdated.
