That is best way to play with new google update and all feature updates.
We are doing natural link building. It means on some pages it will be only link, on some there will be other related links...etc..
Somewhere we will just write your site URL without linking it.

Your link will be inside post (article). In time when we published it will be on home page (it means PR of domain). After some time it will go to 2nd page but over time domain will pass PR to inner pages.
