The old saying "Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite" is correct.

I wanted to educate myself about bed bugs because they seem to be taking over houses right now. When I think of bed bugs I think of real sanitation issues. This doesn’t seem to be the case in our town. People that live in beautiful, clean homes are coming up with bed bugs.

This book not only talks about what they are, where they are found, how to prevent them and so much more, but it also has pictures. Seeing the pictures and the life cycle of bed bugs is most distasteful. I really wasn't aware that bed bugs had beaks that allow them to pierce and suck from their mouths.

One really good lesson I have taken away from reading this book is, that bed bugs like to catch a ride with you from places like hotels and college dorms. I will not only start being more aware when I am traveling, but also when I bring my luggage back into the house and unpack. If bed bugs are an issue for you, I would recommend reading this book.
