I try to do a good job of communicating on the front end so expectations are clearly understood by both parties...if I can't do the job, or it wouldn't be profitable for me, I simply don't take it. Also, there have been a few cases where my deadline was not spot on, or I had to re-write an article or two, but I promise to always take care of folks who are reasonable and we simply have worked it out so we are both happy! I have quite a few repeat clients which speaks the most about my services I believe...

Mac recently wrote a few articles for me on behalf of a Chiropractic doctor client. He was able to take dry medical studies and re-write them for a consumer audience. I actually got a free review copy from Mac when he first started here and liked his writing. Recently, I needed some articles on a technical subject and knew I needed a quality writer I could trust even though my budget was tight.

Well, I'm very glad I decided to go with Mac. He wrote some great articles on what I think is a tough (and boring) subject. There is a nice flow to his articles and they need almost no editing. If you have ever spent time editing poorer-quality articles you will understand what a big bonus that is. Plus his customer service is top-notch.

My only complaint about Mac is that the high quality of his writing makes me frustrated that I am not earning more so that I could have him write alot more articles for me. If you like good quality writing or have a tough subject, Mac is your man.
