2: My sites are all in Norwegian, still a way to do this or not possible because the articles ar e in english and the keywords would have to be in norwegian?

Yes, IDN domains are not a problem. For foreign sites we always use an English article with foreign - in your case Norwegian - keywords with the same great results.
