Once an order is started, no refunds will be processed. All work is done digitally and is specific to the client, so it cannot be refunded. If you are ordering in large quantities (5+ of any package), please email me first as we may be able to work out a discount.

Q&A

Q: If I want to use you for multiple months, is it $97/mo?
A: No. $97 is for the first month with setup costs. After that, it's only $80 per newsletter as the template is already designed.

Q: Do you have any samples available?
A: Yes. Here are links to two templates I did:

Q: How long does this normally take?
A: If you're ordering just a newsletter, it can be as fast as 2-3 days. For a full site, it can also be 2-3 days. It's better to plan on this taking about 7 days just to be on the safe side, though.

Q: How do we get in touch with you again?

Good questions Merlyn!

The newsletters are formatted for printing as well as emailing. I leave a standard margin around the edges so they should be able to be printed from anywhere without any changes being made.

As far as an example site, I'll share one of my live sites with you:

Your site won't be identical to that -- I use a better-looking theme with them and I also design a custom header as well to go with them.

This looks like a great service you are offering. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.

Does the Deluxe Package include your first newsletter plus the site design including sales copy?

How is the site delivered, do you set it up or do you send us the files and we set things up?

Can the newsletter be for the type of business we choose, or do we have to pick from a certain set of types of business?

It does. The Deluxe Package includes everything you'd need for your first month, including the actual template that I create and use for you. Obviously I'd love to have you come back to me each subsequent month for additional newsletters, so I keep a copy of the template as well, but you're able to do this on your own after month #1 if you desire.

Either way that you like. I use the WordPress CMS when I do them (my HTML skills are a little rusty), so it's much easier if you can create an admin login for me in a clean WP installation and then I do my part. I setup everything for you, get it working and looking just the way you want it, and then you can delete my admin login after we're done.

The way that I do this for my existing clients is that you're 99% outsourced on this. (The 1% being that you're taking 2-3 minutes to install WP and create my admin login.) If you order more newsletters from me, I'll be happy to login each month and change the newsletter that's available for immediate download as well.

This is for you, not me, so you get to order a newsletter for any type of business(es) that you'd like. As long as it's to be done in English (sorry...my only other language is Japanese and that's rustier than my HTML skills), I can accommodate any type of business.

It also doesn't have to stay a small newsletter. If you want something with more than 4 articles, you tell me what you'd like and we can adjust it from there. (The price would flex at that point, so I'd make sure you were OK with the new price as well before starting.)

LOVE LOVE LOVE Jason's work.

It can be very scary sometimes to put your trust , faith, money and time into someone you have never worked with before and only contact via email...

I am extremely glad I found and chose Jason.
The whole process was 'a walk in the park' with Jason being just great at answering questions and inputting his own creative ideas.

Project was completed quickly and he worked with me until he knew I was happy with the end product.

It is great to have someone work on your project that you 'know' really cares about the end result.
