Designer: High-tech SEO Websites with 500- 100K Pages

Hey all,

I have several pieces of VERY expensive software that I had designed specifically for my use only.

I can build sites as large as I want, with unique content, and as many keywords as I want.

Each page is targeted completely to one keyword. Images, header, content, tags, meta tags.. ect. They’re all targeted to a different keyword.

With another few pieces of software I can get a list of every single keyword long tail or short tail that’s related to the niche. On occasion I’ve had lists of 10k that I’ve had to narrow down. Once I have that list done, I then build the site with several pages dedicated to each keyword. My largest site is 250,000 pages though I wouldn’t build a site that big again. There is no need to make it that large for SEO. It was just an experiment.

Now here is the beauty of these websites, all it takes is getting one of the deep pages to start ranking and the others start to follow. The traffic potential in just one niche is enormous because you can dominate all the keywords and ranking for the easier long tail keywords will eventually get you ranked for the high traffic short tails.

Anyway, I’m not going to give any specifics or examples of my sites or software here but I will over PM with those that are interested in working together.

I am willing to build these sites for a fee for a few SEO experts. They are time consuming so I am not going to do these for a lot of people. I will tell you now that the websites are not cheap. I do have a team that can help me complete these at a decent rate but it takes an investment and time from several people. Pricing depends on the number of keywords/size of the website.

Is the unique content readable or is it spun articles? Do you guarantee 100% uniqueness when checked via copyscape?

Okay I'm gonna put some details here, and then I'll PM the rest of the details.

The content is spun from long, uniquely written articles. The first few sentences are hand spun to make sense and the remaining amount is spun using software. However, in the past I have hired people to hand-spin all of the articles to be more readable. As with all things, the more money you put into it, the higher quality the end-product. The more articles used the more unique every page will be. As far as copyscape goes, I just opened up a site that is 60,000 pages and picked a random page to run. I've done this in the past and the result is between 0 - 2 similar pages (within the site) found. A few rare times it's found 3 on the sites that I didn't get enough articles for. But the copyscape result is almost always 0. This site was made from only 10 unique articles so that result is pretty decent. However, like everyone, I prefer all pages to come back unique so this is why I typically don't build sites that big anymore unless I'm willing to pay for more content.

A good size is 10k pages. I will go ahead and place some pricing information here. Interested parties will get more detailed information through PM.

Pricing will vary a little depending on needs for for a site. But the ones like my sites are $500 plus content. The amount of content you want is up to you but I pay my people $8/800 word articles. Due to the knew Google changes, I'd recommend at least 15 articles for a 10k website. That should yield unique pages.

For a 20k website the price is $800 plus content.

Just a tip.. these would be great sites for flippa.
