Hi Matt,

I am having problem getting feedbacks from my queries raised on tickets submitted and hope you could help look into the tickets for me.

I bought buy one free two campaigns on 27 July 2012 and my paypal id is 5XR01884931221218. It's been more than 3 weeks since I submitted my tickets and wanted to find out the progress of my campaigns.

Sorry for posting this here cause no one has been responding to my queries and hope you could help me clear this up.

Hello, I'm really interested in the web 2.0 package for $125 as I feel web 2.0 is really the way to go post panda. I was wondering if you believe this is the right package for me, or if something else would be more fitting. My website is relatively new, the domain is 8 months old. The keyword I'm trying to rank for is a high competition 1.75million results long tail keyword. Would I get onto page 2 for my keyword with the web 2.0 package? I know you have the guaranteed 1st page offer going for $99, but this web 2.0 package seems a more safe route. Should I consider a different package or would I get to 2nd page with the web 2.0?

Is the contextual link INSIDE the article content OR Stand-Alone link?
For blog, is that link in blog comment? Or in blog post content?

For the $50 Variety Links, where can i read more details on "Social Qualifier" links?
For "Improve of SERP", any definition for that? Is improve of 1-2 positions considered as "job done"?

Any links report at month end?
