I had sent through an order for 5 articles/reviews almost 2 weeks ago but haven't heard back as yet.

I am feeling extremely frustrated with Deezine. I asked when I could expect to receive the articles and she responded that there were people ahead of me but she did not give me any idea of how many people were ahead of me.

I have no idea when I am going to receive these articles and she has not responded to my last email.

I wish there was a better line of communication being held here. I am considering asking for a refund if I do not get an idea of when I am going to receive these articles. It has been over 2 weeks.

The $3.00 pricing is for a 400 to 500 word article. And yes they will pass copyscape, as they are unique articles. Currently my lead time for ten articles at this time is about a week.

Purchased articles from Deezine at the special $3 price about 2 weeks ago. NO articles, no communication since that time. I have tried emailing and PMing with no response. I will be pursuing a claim through Paypal. Be careful if considering ordering.

Sorry that it came to the point to where you have to post a negative review. However, the situation was beyond my control. If I would have been able to communicate with you prior to this, I would have.

I don't want to argue with you on the forum, but lets look at the facts. I placed an order on 10/16 and heard nothing back from you until you replied to my email on 10/28. In that time I tried emailing and PMing with no response. Your response, finally, was that your internet was out for 4 days, leaving 8 days with no communication. To me, that is totally inadequate service, that is why I posted the negative review.

In complete fairness to Donna, she did agree to refund my money after the 12 days with zero communication, and that is appreciated.

Are you serious? I sent you an email about the situation. I have contacted paypal directly and the issue has been resolved. You have no idea what is going on with the associated bank. So please don't bring this to the forum. I don't appreciate you trying to make me look bad.
