I would like to say how wonderful thales is.

I was recently ripped off on this exact forum from a mini site designer and though i received a refund back from paypal it was thales that came to my rescue and has provided me with a lovely fast service that you just can not knock!

Just customize it the way the customer want, adding web addresses to their business, picture, short bio.. that kind of thing.. so it doesn't look so generic.

That would be SEO, install the plugins I recommend using, deleting and setting up all the options of the plugins according to your needs as well as wordpress configurations.
