Hey Rajul,

To be fair I did get an email from him saying that he was caught up in the wildfires in the U.S and has had to evacuate his home. But nonetheless I ordered my website almost a month ago and that does not comply with his 48-96 hour turnaround time. That is why I am asking for a refund.

EDIT: I've just received my refund for my order, not long after asking for it. I assume the wildfires had in fact halted Joe's work. Appreciate the prompt refund.

I just had a great experience with Joe in getting a new niche website on acid reflux/heartburn

As a newbie, I really appreciated his intake form which helped me organize my thoughts and the info needed for Joe to work his magic! And he did

My website is great and he was more than willing to make some revisions I suggested. And despite what I read in this thread, Joe was prompt, responsive and even nudged me one day when I didn't get back to him.

If you have a niche that you want to start working, Joe can create just the website you need. I've already recommended him to a friend who ordered 2 niche sites!!

Just to let you all know this individual has scammed me out of my money. He has not delivered on his promises and has just made loads of excuses everytime I have emailed him for an answer.

I have finally run out of patience with him as he is now ignoring all communications. I have reported him to admin and am currently awaiting a reply.

If anyone is interested in seeing the email trail PM me and I will forward.

This is the first time I've spent a larger sum of money on here and I am more than disapointed that I have been scammed by someone who I thought was trustworthy.

I truly understand the position of the Warriors Forum on this but If only there was some way to warn others about WSO scammers...Some place to post without the threat of getting banned from the forum...maybe a set of step by step instructions on what to do if you get scammed from a WSO...How to alert PayPal to assist in a refund...etc.

Based on the rules of this forum this dispute is between the buyer and the seller. The rules
clearly state...

"If By Chance You Do Get Scammed By Someone The Problem Is Between You And Them. Not The Forum. Not The MOD's. And Not The Forum Owner. If you get scammed you deal with the person that scammed you."

Have you tried getting a 3rd party involved? How did you pay? Via PayPal? Via a credit card? Have you tried opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank if you paid by credit card?

Why do you keep quoting the rules to me, are you a mod? I've reported the person to the 'real' forum mods, who have been helpful and banned the individual.

If I listen to you he would still be trading on here.....

Yes, having this person "banned" from the Forum is a start...But it won't stop
this person from scamming others online if PayPal or their bank is not notified.

I can understand your feelings just like most people who been caught out possibily but be very careful how you word things in anger, im not trying to tell you how to direct your feelings or business but like the owner of the warrior forum states in the terms and conditions if you have a problem with someone see them dont rant it in the warrior forum, and seek your money back by the way you paid via paypal or credit card ect. i would hate to see you get banned over a post if the people in question wrote a ticket about this post,

Can everyone who has lodged a complaint with Paypal please let me know. Basically they are claiming that there is nothing they can do, there arn't multiple complaints, and that they are more than happy to allow him to continue trading!!!

His website still takes Paypal payments.... its outrageous!!
